'Crust & Crown Pizzeria' began with a simple dream: bringing true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Wilson family in 1985, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run spot with recipes passed down through generations.
'Liam Wilson', our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making during journeys across Italy, working with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to recreate the magic of genuine Italian pizza, using traditional methods and top-quality ingredients.
What started as a modest 12-seat pizzeria has blossomed into a cherished community landmark, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity remains unchanged. We still use wood-fired oven techniques, knead dough daily, and source the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'Crust & Crown Pizzeria' remains a family-owned enterprise, with the second generation of the Wilson family leading our passionate team. While we've welcomed some modern innovations, the essence of our business stays the same: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
